SKY-LGL-007Terms of UseRev. Effective 2026-10-28
Terms of use.
These terms govern your use of skyla.ai. They are separate from any commercial agreement for the Skyla runtime, which always takes precedence where the two differ. By using the site, you accept them.
Who these terms are between.
The site is operated by Skyla Autonomous Systems LLC, a Massachusetts limited liability company with its office at 355 Main St, Kendall Square, Cambridge, MA 02142. “You” means the person using the site, and, if you use it on behalf of an organisation, that organisation as well.
Access to the Skyla runtime, harness or source code is available only under a signed agreement. Nothing on this site grants a licence to the product.
How you may use what we publish.
The specifications, diagrams, benchmark results and code samples on this site are our copyrighted work. You may read, print and share them for evaluating Skyla or for your own non-commercial study, and you may quote short passages with attribution and a link to the source page.
You may not republish substantial portions, present our diagrams or figures as your own, or use the content to train a commercial model without written permission. “Skyla” and the Skyla mark are trademarks of Skyla Autonomous Systems LLC.
Published material is not a warranty.
We work hard to keep the site accurate, but its contents are general descriptions. Benchmark results reflect the conditions we describe on the benchmarks page and may not match your environment. Policy examples and state machine definitions are illustrations, not configurations to deploy unchanged.
Nothing here is legal, regulatory, financial or clinical advice. Decide how to meet your compliance duties with your own qualified advisers.
Acceptable use of the site.
Please do not try to disrupt the site, probe it for vulnerabilities without permission, scrape it at a volume that degrades service, or use the inquiry channel to send malware or unsolicited marketing. If you believe you have found a security issue, write to [email protected] with the details. We welcome responsible reports and will not pursue good-faith research that respects these terms.
Limits on liability.
The site is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent the law permits. To the same extent, Skyla is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, and our total liability for any claim relating to it is limited to one hundred US dollars.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Massachusetts law, including liability under Chapter 93A where it applies.
Governing law and changes.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Middlesex County or Suffolk County, Massachusetts, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction.
We may update these terms by posting a new version with a new effective date. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal information.
